34:15-77.8. Rules and regulations The Commissioner of Insurance shall promulgate such rules and regulations, including appropriate fee schedules, as he deems necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act. L.1983, c. 376, s. 9, eff. Nov. 10, 1983.
