34:15-57.1. Reimbursement of benefits paid under Temporary Disability Benefits Law Whenever an employee becomes entitled to or is awarded compensation for temporary disability pursuant to chapter fifteen of Title 34 of the Revised Statutes for the same weeks or period with respect to which he has received disability benefits pursuant to the Temporary Disability Benefits Law (P.L.1948, c. 110), the Deputy Directors or Referees of the Division of Workmen's Compensation are authorized to incorporate in such award, order, or approval of settlement, an order requiring the employer or his insurance carrier to reimburse the Division of Employment Security of the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry, the employer involved in the claim under chapter fifteen of Title 34 of the Revised Statutes, or his insurance carrier, as the case may be, the amount of any disability benefits it may have paid to such employee.
