34:15-136. Computing wages 8. Notwithstanding the provision of any other law, in determining workers' compensation benefits pursuant to R.S.34:15-1 et seq., the wages of a horse racing industry employee shall be computed in the manner provided under R.S.34:15-37. L.1995,c.329,s.8.
