34:15-120.8. Limitation on liability The liability of the "uninsured employer's fund" and the State with respect to payment of any compensation, benefits, expenses, fees for disbursements properly chargeable against the fund shall be limited to the assets in the fund as exceed $50,000.00, and the fund and the State shall not otherwise in any way or manner be liable for the making of any such payment.
