34:11B-16. Rules, regulations The director shall promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), deemed necessary for the implementation and enforcement of this act. L.1989, c.261, s.16.
