34:11-56a8. Appointment of wage board; report upon establishment of minimum fair wage rates If the commissioner is of the opinion that a substantial number of employees in any occupation or occupations are receiving less than a fair wage, he shall appoint a wage board as provided in section 10 of this act to report upon the establishment of minimum fair wage rates for employees in such occupation or occupations.
