34:11-56.98 Severability. 22. The provisions of this act shall be deemed to be severable and if any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence or other part of this act is declared to be unconstitutional or preempted by federal law, or the applicability thereof to any person or facility is held invalid, the remainder of this act shall not thereby be deemed to be unconstitutional, preempted or invalid.
