34:1-69.5. Compensation and expenses of director The Director of the Division of the Deaf shall receive such compensation as shall be determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industry and such actual and necessary expenses as shall be incurred in the performance of their official duties, to be paid in the same manner as the compensation and expenses of other employees of the Department of Labor and Industry.
