34:1-65. Records of strikes The bureau of employment and bureaus co-operating in carrying out the provisions of sections 34:1-59 to 34:1-64, 34:1-66 to 34:1-69 of this title, shall keep a record of all labor disturbances or strikes within the territory covered by each office. All such bureaus shall give notice of the existence of any labor disturbance or strike to all applicants for a position who may be affected thereby.
