34:1-5.4 Rules, regulations. 5. The Commissioner of Labor may adopt and promulgate, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), such rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act as he shall deem necessary. L.1998,c.50,s.5.
