33:1-5.4. Secretary to board of alcoholic beverage control Any board of alcoholic beverage control established pursuant to section 33:1-5 of the Revised Statutes may, with the approval of the governing board or body of the municipality, appoint a secretary, who shall receive such annual salary as shall be fixed by such governing board or body of the municipality; but any person now serving any such board with the title of clerk to the chairman shall be designated as secretary to such board.
