33:1-12.41. Definitions As used in this act: "Division" means the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control in the Department of Law and Public Safety. "Director" means the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control in the Department of Law and Public Safety. L.1991,c.9,s.2.
