32:3-4.9. Rules, regulations, approval 5. Any rules or regulations adopted pursuant to section 3 of this act shall become a part of the minutes of the Port Authority and shall be subject to the approval of the Governor of New Jersey and the Governor of Pennsylvania. L.1991,c.400,s.5.
