32:20A-6 Report to Governors, Legislatures. 6. The commission shall, within 18 months of the date it organizes, prepare a progress report on its activities, and submit it, together with any recommendations for legislation, administrative action, or action by local governments, to the Governors and Legislatures of the States of New Jersey and New York.
