32:20-39. Diversion dam authorized Authority is also given to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or through it to any commission or other public body or municipality singly or collectively designated by the Legislature of said Commonwealth, to construct and maintain a diversion dam across the Delaware river at or near Yardley or Brookville, Pennsylvania, with necessary appurtenances, for the withdrawal of a water supply from the said river.
