32:17-11. Filling vacancies If by death, resignation or otherwise, a vacancy occurs among those appointed hereunder as commissioners to enter into the aforesaid compact upon behalf of the state of New Jersey, the governor is hereby authorized to fill such vacancy. L.1937, c. 148, s. 2, p. 372.
