32:14-1.12. Transfers in accordance with State Agency Transfer Act Any transfer of responsibilities required by this act shall be made in accordance with the "State Agency Transfer Act," P.L.1971, c. 375 (C. 52:14D-1 et seq.). L.1980, c. 104, s. 14, eff. Sept. 11, 1980.
