32:11D-42. Development The commission shall provide for the development of water related public sports and recreational facilities. The commission on its own account or in cooperation with a signatory party, political subdivision or any agency thereof may provide for the construction, maintenance and administration of such facilities, subject to the provisions of section 8.2 hereof.
