32:10-3. Proceedings on arrest of offenders Any offender apprehended or arrested by any such policeman may be taken before the proper officer of this state and such officer may hold the offender for appearance in court in accordance with the laws of this state, or in cases of disorder, breach of the peace or violations of the rules and regulations of the joint commission, may punish the offender in the manner hereinafter provided.
