32:1-140.7. Effective date This act shall take effect when the State of New York concurs herein by enacting into law legislation (herein called the concurrent act of the State of New York) having an identical effect with sections one to six, inclusive, of this act; but if the State of New York has already enacted such legislation, this act shall take effect immediately.
