30:9-12.4. Secretary and custodian of funds The board of managers shall appoint a secretary and a custodian of funds. It shall also fix and determine the compensation, term of office, duties and powers of such appointees and remove them at pleasure. L.1947, c. 34, p. 90, s. 4.
