30:9-12.16. Institution for treatment of persons with substance use disorder; resolution for establishment. 1. The board of county commissioners of any county, by resolution, may provide for the establishment of an institution for the medical treatment of persons with substance use disorder and for the prevention of substance use disorder as a separate institution or as an institution connected with a county hospital.
