30:8-16.9. Planning grant In order to assist a county or cooperating counties which have established a county corrections advisory board but which do not have a comprehensive plan, and which require financial assistance to defray expenses necessary to develop such a plan the commissioner, upon receipt of resolutions from the governing body of the county or counties certifying the inability to pay the expenses, may provide a planning grant to the county or counties.
