30:6E-2 Definitions relative to Office of Disability Services. 2. As used in this act: "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Human Services. "Department" means the Department of Human Services. "Director" means the Director of the Office of Disability Services in the Department of Human Services. "Office" means the Office of Disability Services in the Department of Human Services.
