30:6-26. Annual organization; chairman; expenses The members of the council shall organize annually by the selection of one of their members to serve as chairman. Members shall serve without compensation but shall be reimbursed for all necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties. L.1981, c. 488, s. 4, eff. Jan. 12, 1982.
