30:6-15.5. Appropriation of unexpended balance 3. The unexpended balance of vending machine program receipts at the end of the State fiscal year on June 30, 1999 and any subsequent fiscal year shall be appropriated to expand vision screening services and other prevention services. L.1999,c.146,s.3.
