30:4G-7. Contracts; fee schedules a. A county office for the handicapped or other agency designated by the commissioner may contract with other services providers, including private individuals, for personal attendant services provided pursuant to this act. The contracting shall be pursuant to the regulations promulgated by the commissioner. b. The commissioner shall establish a fee schedule for payments or reimbursements to personal care services providers.
