30:4G-18 Fee schedule. 6. a. (Deleted by amendment, P.L.2009, c.160) b. The commissioner shall establish a fee schedule for payments or reimbursements to providers of personal assistance services. The fee schedule shall be reviewed every two years and recommendations shall be made to the commissioner by the Statewide Consumer Advisory Council on Personal Assistance Services.
