30:4D-6i Non-participating hospital, payment for emergency treatment for Medicaid recipient. 3. A non-participating hospital that provides emergency health care services to a Medicaid recipient enrolled in a managed care plan shall accept, as payment in full, the amount that the non-participating hospital would otherwise receive from the Medicaid program for the emergency services and any related hospitalization if the recipient were a participant in fee-for-service Medicaid.
