30:4D-17.15. Rules, regulations The commissioner, in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L. 1988, c. 97, s. 6.
