30:4C-70 Establishment of CART, CIACC. 5. A county may establish a CART and CIACC in accordance with the provisions of this act. In the event that a county does not establish a CART or CIACC, the Department of Children and Families may establish a CART or CIACC for that county. L.1992, c.111, s.5; amended 2006, c.47, s.145.
