30:4C-53.5 Rules, regulations. 5. Pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the Commissioner of Children and Families shall adopt all rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.1991, c.448, s.5; amended 2006, c.47, s.143.
