30:4C-25 Agents of Division of Child Protection and Permanency to visit children. 25. The Division of Child Protection and Permanency, by its agent or agents, shall regularly visit all children under its care, custody, or guardianship under the provisions of P.L.1951, c.138 (C.30:4C-1 et seq.) in order to assure the maximum benefit from such services.
