30:4C-2.5 Rules, regulations. 126. The Commissioner of Children and Families, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. L.2004, c.130, s.126; amended 2006, c.47, s.116.
