30:4-7.10 Actions to ensure compliance. 13. The Commissioner of Human Services may take such actions to ensure compliance with the provisions of sections 1 through 11 of P.L.2011, c.145 (C.26:2H-129 et seq.) by any State or county psychiatric facility or State developmental center as the commissioner deems necessary and within his statutory authority to effectuate the purposes of that act.
