30:4-4a. Reference to board of managers as reference to chief executive officer Whenever in any law, rule, regulation, contract, document, judicial or administrative proceeding or otherwise, reference is made to the board of managers of any institution, the same shall mean and refer to the chief executive officer of the institution.
