30:4-177.42 Report, evaluation. 4. Two years from the date of enactment of this amendatory and supplementary act, the Division of Developmental Disabilities shall prepare and submit to the Governor and the Legislature a report and evaluation of the operation of the Developmental Center at Ancora.
