30:4-177.33. Establishment; areas; programs and procedures The department shall establish such facilities in such areas of the State as are best calculated to carry out the purposes of this act and shall maintain therein preventive treatment programs, guided group interaction, and such other procedures as are deemed most adequate to deal with youthful offenders in an effort to prevent further delinquency.
