30:1B-11. Transfer of functions, powers and duties of department of institutions and agencies with respect to county work and vocational training release programs All functions, powers and duties of the Department of Institutions and Agencies with respect to county work release and vocational training release programs are hereby transferred to the Department of Corrections established hereunder.
