30:1A-1.1. References to "Division of Mental Health and Hospitals" 11. Whenever the term "Division of Mental Health and Hospitals" occurs or any reference is made thereto in any law, contract or document, the same shall be deemed to mean or refer to the "Division of Mental Health Services."
