30:11B-4.1. Applicable act The provisions of the "Uniform Fire Safety Act," P.L. 1983, c. 383 (C. 52:27D-193 et seq.) shall apply to any residence licensed or regulated pursuant to P.L. 1977, c. 448 (C. 30:11B-1 et seq.). L. 1987, c. 112, s. 9.
