30:11A-13. Additional officers and employees; costs of administration The department is authorized, directed and empowered to employ, in compliance with the provisions of Title 11 of the Revised Statutes, such additional officers and employees as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. The costs of administration of this act shall be provided for in the annual appropriation law. L.1953, c. 212, p. 1611, s. 13.
