30:1-20. Governor to designate State administrative agency In the event that under or pursuant to any such Federal law it is required that a State agency in this State be designated to carry out the purposes of such law, including the administration, or the suspension of administration, of any plan pursuant thereto, the Department of Institutions and Agencies, or such other State agency as may be designated by the Governor, shall be the sole agency in this State for carrying out such purposes. The Governor is hereby authorized to make such designation, and the Department of Institutions and Agencies, or such other agency in the State so designated is hereby empowered to act as the sole agency in the State for carrying out such purposes.
