2C:40-14. Regulations Pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), the Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs shall adopt regulations for the implementation and enforcement of this act. L.1983, c. 438, s. 9.
