2B:5-3. Compensation of employees administering trust fund 2B:5-3. Compensation of Employees Administering Trust Fund. The Clerk of the Superior Court shall pay to the State Treasurer out of the income of the Superior Court Trust Fund, an amount equal to all payments made from the State Treasury as compensation for salaries, services and supplies furnished for administration of the fund.
