2B:11-12. Right to review, void certain adjustments 12. For the purposes of application of all provisions of this act, the judiciary shall review and may void as against public policy any extraordinary adjustments made during 1994 in employee salary, other compensation or benefits or computation of years of credit of employment services, except that this shall not apply to any collectively negotiated agreement.
