2A:82-43. Attorneys and agents; application of law The provisions of sections 2A:82-41 and 2A:82-42 of this title shall apply not only to such claimant, or person against whom such claim has been asserted and his insurance carrier, but also to their respective attorneys and duly authorized agents, subject to reasonable rules and regulations promulgated by any such hospital.
