2A:67-25. Order to enforce production of prisoner When an order of arrest is issued against a defendant and the person named in the writ or order has not been produced as required, the court or judge issuing such order of arrest may also issue an order to the sheriff or other person designated therein, commanding him to bring forthwith before such court or judge the person named in the writ for production.
