2A:50-68. Regulations 18. The Attorney General, in consultation with the Commissioner of Banking, shall promulgate regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14A-1 et seq.) necessary to implement this act, including, but not limited to, regulations governing the form and content of notices of intention to foreclose.
