When provisions of sections 2A:50-6 and 2A:50-7 applicable to action Whenever the bringing of any action specified in section 2A:50-22 of this title shall revive the right to redeem the mortgaged premises and shall open the foreclosure and sale of the mortgaged premises, under section 2A:50-4 of this title, the provisions of sections 2A:50-6 and 2A:50-7 of this title shall be applicable to such action.
